My name is Tony, I'm an IT guy working in the Healthcare Sector.  I live with my Wife and Dog in Dronfield, a town on the Derbyshire, Yorkshire boundary in the UK. 

I have always had an interest in astronomy both the physics and chemistry aspects but also the imagery that for me cannot fail to illicit feelings of awe and wonder of the dynamics and the beauty of this Universe that at the moment appears to be all ours!

Astrophotography has really allowed me to indulge in all the above and also the technical aspect of interfacing all the light gathering and recording equipment to automate it all.  

My hope with this site and my Social Media posts is that I instil in people a sense of perspective of our place in the Universe, a little awe and wonder and a small pinch of education.
